Louisiana Highway 181 (LA 181) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Rapides Parish. It spans a total of 4.21 miles (6.78 km) in a south to north direction. It uses Exit 53 on I-49.
LA 181 begins at an intersection with LA 115 in Lone Pine. It heads in a northerly direction and intersects with I-49. It then continues north to US 71 after crossing the railroad tracks. It ends at this intersection with US 71 in Cheneyville.
LA 52 is an undivided, two-lane highway for most of its route, turning into a four-lane, divided route during its junction with I-49.
